2009 BGCA Federal Stimulus Funding Application

Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) is submitting an application to the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, on behalf of local BGCA affiliate organizations. This application will apply for stimulus funding now available under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The main purpose of stimulus funding is job creation and retention. As such, each BGC organization receiving funds through this grant will be required to utilize 80% of the proposed budget on staffing costs (labor); these funds will have to be spent within one year.
